We were scheduled to go Monday but because of the forecast I picked today to be the better day. The southwest wind was pretty stiff this morning, coupled with a 4-6 foot swell resulting from the hard southeast blow yesterday and last night. We fought our way out into the swell and bounced around catching fish at every stop. We landed numerous red snapper as usual, several nice Black Sea Bass, a Sharp nose shark, and a big triggerfish. We also had a visit from an oversized hammerhead shark who decided to help himself to a red snapper dinner. I tried ro tell him there was amoratorium on them but he disnt seem to care lol. The crew was tough, and not even the sea flu stopped them. Nice mess of fish all the way around!
