The winds were out of the North this morning at about 15kts+ so running to BR first thing was going to be wet and painful so we went with the wind and waves out to BB, nothing; went further out to MG; 2 flounder and that's it! About 10am the winds layed down and the waves let up enough to run 30mph out to BR but it seemed to be too little, too late. We worked our butts off looking for fish. We ended up with 1 red snapper (quite a few throwbacks), 1 lane snapper about 18 inches (nice lane), 28 nice beeliners, 5 black sea bass, 3 triggerfish, 2 flounder, and threw back a whole bunch of sharks! The ocean started out rough but it ended nice and we worked out a pretty nice catch of fish! Good job guys, I enjoyed the trip!
